Kentucky Construction Stormwater Inspections

Kentucky's KYR10 Stormwater Construction General Permit is administered by the Kentucky Division of Water under the KPDES program. Effective January 2025, the current permit cycle runs through December 2029. Kentucky's karst topography and extensive cave systems require particular attention to stormwater management to prevent groundwater contamination during construction.
