How does per-project pricing work?
You pay based on the number of active construction projects, not the number of users or inspections. Add a project when it starts, archive it when it reaches final stabilization. You're only billed for what's active.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all Professional features — no credit card required. We're currently in early access, so join the waitlist to be first.
What happens to my reports if I cancel?
Your reports and photos are always yours. You can export all your data at any time. We provide a 30-day data export window after cancellation.
Do reports match the exact CDPHE COR400000 template?
Yes. Reports are generated using Puppeteer server-side rendering and match the COR400000 inspection report template layout exactly — including all checkbox sections, tables, certification statement, and photo appendix.
Can multiple inspectors share a project?
On Professional and Enterprise plans, yes. You can have multiple inspectors on your team, all working under one organization account with shared project access.
Does the app work without cell service?
Offline mode is on our roadmap (Phase 2). Currently, the app requires connectivity for AI photo analysis and report generation. Photo capture and form filling can be done with limited connectivity.
